To lose weight, a person should walk for at least 20 minutes in the gentle rays of the sun every morning. This also helps a lot in weight loss. In many researches, it has been found that people who are deficient in Vitamin D tend to gain weight quickly, sun rays have been considered a good source of Vitamin D.
